Happo-giri: Miyamoto Motor Part Two

This second section focuses on new angles of the Happo-giri series while covering more of the fundamental strikes, set ups and their transitions required to maintain a strong and consistent level of proficiency. This koryu series is designed to execute hundreds and thousands of techniques in a practical manner thus offering you the repetition needed to become a strong swordsman. Training techniques such as this one have been producing skillful swordsmen for millennium. This series begins with the vertical cut which is broken down into five sections. Upon completion of the five vertical sections you will then advance onto the next section, diagonal cuts. This series requires serious practice to create a strong foundation to build upon.
